For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of skincare, cosmetics and perfumes

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us mentioning your order number and included photos of the item received clearly showing its condition to customercare@blue-magnolia.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns must be sent back to us by mail within 7 business days.

Exchanges for Ordering The Wrong Item 

Bahrain Orders

If you have ordered the wrong item please contact customer care immediately the same day at customercare@blue-magnolia.net to arrange for an exchange. The packaging must not be opened and product not used, and in the same condition it was delivered. Please note if you don't inform us the same day of receiving the item we won't be able to exchange the item.

GCC & International Orders

Please ensure to double check the items in your order confirmation email and Contact customer care by email within 3 hours if you have ordered the wrong item. Please note that one your order has shipped by the carrier, we won't be able to amend your order.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@blue-magnolia.net.

Returns & Exchanges on Sale Items

We don't accept return of sale items. The same regular rules above are applicable to exchange for ordering the wrong product on the items on sale.
